Multiple Channels Charge-lnd does not handle multiple channels with same peer properly for proportional fees. See issue report here. You should instead set up static policy (or ignore policy and manage fees manually) for those peers who have multiple channels with you. You can use this policy and place it between 0 and 1 (i.e. before stop routing)
